The tilting frying pan with many options

With the InoPa we are setting new standards for tilting frying pans. The stainless steel pan is easy to clean thoroughly after use without risk of corrosion.

With a pan depth of 90 mm the
InoPa is suited for frying, sautéing and braising meat as well as rice and vegetables. Also smaller portions of stew can be produced in the tilting frying pan.
For special purposes the pan can be supplied with a depth of 120 mm.
The InoPa is made from stainless steel, and the special design, the choice of material as well as the densely packed, powerful heating elements ensure an even distribution of heat.

The lid is hinged with a gas-spring, so that it is easy to open and does not close unintentionally. In closed condition the lid may be used for depositing of e.g. GN-containers.
The electric tilting function is activated by means of a button which makes it safe and easy to empty and clean the pan.

With the option foot pedal for tilt the pan can be tilted while the user has both hands free.
The tilting frying pan is supplied in three sizes and mounted on pillar, stand or for mounting on the wall.
InoPa 209/212 and InoPa 309/312 are both equipped with two separate heating zones which enables you to fry on one zone while keeping the food warm on the other.

If desired the tilting frying pan can be equipped with electrical, stepless height adjustment, so that the user can adapt the working height.
Other practical extra equipment is for instance the air curtain which is connected to the insufflation system of the kitchen and leads the cooking fumes away from the user and into the hood.

InoPa is supplied for 3~230V,
3~400V, 3~400V+N, 3~440V and
3~480V.
